LED China 2026 and ISLE 2026 exhibition ended last week, these are two biggest tradeshow for LED display products after the Chinese New Year Holidays.

For the LED sign industry, outdoor advertising, billboard solutions, mostly still three options:

1. Aluminum profile cabinet

2. Die-casting Aluminum cabinet

3. Classic Iron cabinet

For outdoor large scale media screens, there have mesh design screen.

Aluminum profile cabinet was designed light and thin than normal iron cabinet, cabinet size 960*960mm/1000*1000mm, with module size 480*320mm/500*250mm. Mostly pixel pitch from P2.9-10mm. 

Cabinet weight only 28Kg/cabinet or less. Thickness usually about 85mm. 

The design helps save cost for the structure and transportation. 

Front & back service helps easy installation and maintenance.

Aluminum frame and module bask enhance the heat dissipation, enhance the long term operation of the screen signage.

The aluminum frame also could be die-casting. Profile frame sometimes will have gaps during long term operation, espercially when installed at location very cold/hot area. While die-casting material won't have the issue.

M2LED has the design for AP series outdoor product, it mostly suggested for wall-mounted installation.

The die-casting aluminum cabinet becomes popular in recent years, as it is aluminum material, has better heat dissipation performance and anti-UV, anti-corrossion. While at the same time, standard and modular design.

It is lighter and thinner than classic iron cabinet, while they both share same module size.

 The Classic iron cabinet still have big market share nowadays, cabinet material could be aluminum too.

M2LED MS series could be front service, module size could be 320*320mm, more options, while DM series could only be back service with module size 320*160mm.

Nowadays some client prefer purchase SKD, cabinet, modules, power supply, receiving cards, ship to local factory and assemble. This would enhance the flexibility for local support easily meet different project requirements.
